Screening Administrator


Reports to:
Team Leader

Country/Business Unit:


  • Business-to-Business lead generation
  • Outbound cold calling, gathering intelligence and handling objections
  • Exceeding performance targets, including lead generation volumes and call
  • Establishing appointments with business decision makers
  • Administrative tasks and customer record management
  • Profiling and researching prospective customers
  • Submits weekly progress reports and tracks activities
  • Performs all other related duties from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:        

  • College level/ College Graduate of any degree

Required Experience:     

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Outbound business to business calling
  • Worked in a targeted, high pressure environment
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
