Position Title:
Admin Specialist


Reports to:
General Operations Manager

Country/Business Unit:



  • Ensure compliance to standard procedures and policies in the delivery of internal and external clients
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Update and maintain ISO and Privacy Impact Assessment documents
  • Update and maintain Data Privacy documents
  • Provide support to compliance of Health and Safety Standards
  • Compliance to policies and adherence to audit requests
  • Develop and maintain digital filing system
  • Assist Human Resource in processing of government mandated benefits and employee engagement programs such as events, trainings, etc.
  • Facilitates office management (office maintenance and supplies)
  • Assists on employee related concerns
  • Other Adhoc requests


Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:    

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related course

Required Experience:          

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferably in a BPO Industry

  • Ability to manage change across a broad population
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Ortigas and Mandaluyong
  • Resilient and adaptable to constant changes
  • Flexible with work hours
