Position Title:
Administrator Assistant


Reports to:
Operations Manager

Country/Business Unit:


  • Provide essential administrative support to the management team
  • Assist in data entry, file maintenance, and clerical support
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy of documents and records
  • Assist in drafting letters, meeting minutes, and following up business correspondence
  • Willing to do field work for processing of company documents
  • Handle incoming calls/queries and do call outs
  • Assist with general HR work (sourcing, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.)
  • Help organize employee engagement programs
  • Assist in the preparation of government related documents
  • Facilitates in the procurement of office supplies
  • Other duties as and when assigned from time-to-time


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Required skills: computer literate, good communication skills
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in clerical/administrative support work or its equivalent
  • Positive work attitude, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable


  • 12,000-15,000 base salary plus night differential, OT, and holiday pay


  • 1am-10am, Monday to Friday. Subject to schedule exceptions to address specific HR tasks, events or issues.
