Position Title:
Customer Service Representative – Compliance Administrator

Department:
Operations

Reports to:
General Operations Manager

Country/Business Unit:
Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Performing checks on scanned documents to ensure correct
  • Input data to the system where required
  • Outbound document chasing
  • Provide general administrative duties to branch and onsite staff
  • Maintaining clear records of all actions and outcomes in relation to compliance
  • Investigate and chase expired documents i.e. visa’s

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:  

  • College level/ College Graduate of any degree

Required Experience:

  • At least a years’ experience in a similar call centre position
  • Proficient with Excel/Word and similar systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
