Position Title:
Customer Service Representative – Sales Administrator

Department:
Operations

Reports to:
General Operations Manager

Country/Business Unit:
Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Screen CV’s and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Upon request, schedule interviews and call back suitable clients
  • Outbound campaigns to target active/in-active clients and update in-house database
  • Confirm candidates are on shift and performance
  • Outbound campaigns following advertisements
  • Dealing with day to day inbound queries
  • Adhoc outbound campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:      

College level/ College Graduate of any degree

Required Experience:    

  • At least a years’ experience in a similar call centre position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Experience in target driven environment

  • Ability to multi task with ease
  • Confident and articulate
  • Ability to use on initiative
  • The ability to build excellent relationships with candidate and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
