As a Customer Service Representative – Travel Account, your daily duties and responsibilities shall include:
- Provide assistance related to Travel and Hotel business such as tourist attractions, flight bookings, holidays, hotel reservations and more.
- Do the proper documentation of customers’ inquiries and responses for future reference.
- Work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Handle customer’s complaints in a professional and polite manner
- Provide exceptional and outstanding customer service.
Required Education: College level/ College Graduate of any degree
Required Experience: least 6 months of experience in a similar call centre position
Good data entry and typing skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Excellent Communication skills
Verbal and Written/documentation skills
Ability to multi task with ease
Problem Analysis and problem solving
Must have good attention to detail
Resilient and adaptable to constant changes
Flexible with work hours
