Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, the responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for prospecting and meeting sales targets established by the company including: phone calls, emails, web research, data entry and data management in a CRM system
  • Conducts intelligent business conversations through lead qualification that converts ‘warmed up’ prospect’s into the qualified leads.
  • Develops new client relations and build pipelines to conduct follow up appointments for the sales team.
  • Perform other key administrative support functions to ensure operational efficiencies within the business unit.
  • Meet or exceed company standards of customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all time.
  • Ensure quality collection, entry and updates of lead data in the CRM system
  • Perform to established key performance metrics, including personal and team goals
  • Qualify opportunities by being aware of business, economic and market-related trends, and be able to introduce and discuss these with potential clients.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that track progress to plan for the next target market.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:            Graduate of any 4-year course
Required Experience:          At least 6 months of experience in a similar call centre position.

  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • 2 years experience in a sales organization with at least one year of high volume outbound sales experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs
