Position Title:
Customer Support Representative (CSR)

General Manager

Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by going out of their way to please them
  • Maintain a courteous and professional conversation
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data input in the CRM system
  • Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply

Required Experience:

  • Experience in sales is an advantage but not necessary

Key Competencies:        

  • Customer service representative for 1 year preferred

Additional Details:

  • Location: Ortigas, Pasig
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Salary: 20k to 60k monthly package
