As an IT Manager, your daily duties and responsibilities shall include:

  • Responsible for the day to day operational activities of all IT Network and IT related concerns
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate the establishment of project plans, schedules, and budget
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance level of network server, software, and hardware
  • Design, develop, and test applications used internally by peers and externally to IT leaders
  • Monitor the inventory of IT equipment such as laptops/desktops, printers, and others
  • Provide support to business channels on hardware, software, and telephony related issues
  • Use a variety of resources to obtain necessary resolutions for IT-related problems
  • Develop procedures, programs and documentation for IT operations
  • Collaborate with team members to implement strategies to streamline current system processes
  • Assist in processing and implementing proposals and recommendations for hardware and software upgrade
  • Manage the professional career of IT professionals
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures
  • Staff performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management
  • Plan, coordinate & supervise all activities related to the design, development & implementation of information system & software applications
  • Ensure stable operations of the in-house computer network including installation, configuration, and maintenance and optimize all network hardware, software communication links
  • Assist end-user in providing solutions to hardware & software related problems including monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk functions
  • Perform diagnostic and repair of in- house computers, desktops, and peripherals
  • Ensure stable operation of in-house e-mail messaging system, internet connectivity and ensure a secure virus-free environment
  • Accountable for managing day to day deliverables for the project
  • Manage the performance of services to clients as per agreed contract and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met
  • Ensure organizational compliance (Company and Client) and ensure processes and procedures are being followed
  • Build and maintain client relationships ensuring higher client satisfaction
  • Produce management and account performance reports as per the agreed timeline
  • Attend periodic client meetings, understanding requirements and implementing improvements
  • Manage the professional career of IT professionals
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures, staff performance planning, monitoring and evaluation
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management
  • Knowledge of AGBI PH Data Protection Officer for the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as, Data Privacy Act of 2012
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 certification of Anderson Group BPO, Inc.

  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
  • Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
  • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:    

  • College level/College Graduate of any degree

Required Experience:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar call center position
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee issues
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Technical knowledge
