Position Title:
SEO/SEM Specialist

Marketing Manager

The SEO/SEM Specialist must have proven experience in managing paid search campaigns on Google, as well as other search and display marketing engines.

He/she should be responsible for managing all paid search budgets and work with the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic and clients.  The role will require the SEM Specialist to be fully updated with the trends in SEO and Digital Marketing that will entail providing briefs, suggestions, and solutions.


  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends and create recommendations to improve and reach marketing goals and objectives
  • Improves and reports web traffic and finance/campaign strategy analysis; Communicates clearly and effectively to various groups, including senior management
  • Must demonstrate skills in business reporting and performing data analysis, interpretation, and statistics; and creative problem-solving
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of SEM and SEO fundamentals
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Collaborate with the other teams: Content, Graphic, and Web Development, as well as provide direct assistance to the team manager for seamless operations
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Research and implement search engine marketing recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:    

  • College Graduate

Required Experience:          

  • At least 1-year experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Digital Marketing
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google
  • Proven understanding of SEO

Key Competencies:        

  • Good Communications skills both written and verbal is a must
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEMrush etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

Additional Details:

  • Location: Ortigas, Pasig
  • Shift: Flexible Day-Shift (Weekends Off)
  • Salary: 30k to 40k package (depending on experience)
