As a Recruitment Assistant Team Leader, here are the duties which will be assigned to you.
- To lead a team of Recruitment Assistants and deliver Recruitment Services on behalf of the client.
- Liaising with ON and WR to recruit, train and manage Recruitment Services teams
- Manage service delivery to exceed client expectations
- Establish and implement service delivery structure to ensure WR client base is retained and grown
- A degree is preferable but Sound Highschool Qualifications are a minimum
- 3-4 years’ experience working as a Recruitment Assistant
- 1 years’ experience as a Team Leader
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Veterinary recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent administrator / organizer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
- Friendly, can-do attitude
- Natural Leader
- Fast learner who can adapt to change
- Calm under pressure
