Telesales Representative

As a Telesales Representative the responsibilities include:

  • Contacts prospective clients by telephone to solicit information on the current payroll provider and offers our payroll solution to the client;
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information;
  • Explains to the clients on the benefits of subscribing to our payroll services.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • College level/ College Graduate of any degree

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar call centre position
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
